Open-School ERP Version 3.0 Release Notes

This post contains information about the new and enhanced features in the latest release of the Open-School ERP. We strongly recommend that you read the entire document.

The main feature of Open-School 3.0 lies under the hood. You can now manage multiple schools within a single Software. Our multi-school solution uses a Single Database with Single Application. You can also opt to have a Super Admin portal for easy management of group of schools.

  1. View aggregate information about the schools in the group on a Visual dashboard.
  2. Single click log in & switching between all schools in the group.
  3. Generate comparative reports between the schools.
  4. Manage all the registered users in the software from one screen.

Many improvements were added to the Transport Module. This has simplified the functionality and Enhanced user experience.

We added an option to determine SMTP configuration setup in the Notify Module. This allows greater control over the routing of Emails through your servers and avoid going over quotas.

We took client feedback and added many Improvements in the Fees Module for enhanced usability.

The latest Notify Module now support for even more SMS gateways.

We have been listening to the community. We have fixed over 200 Minor bugs and added dozens of usability improvements all over the application. We highly recommend that existing users of Open-School, upgrade their older versions with Open-School ERP v3.0.
